Meet the Therapists

Jo is the owner of Valhalla Massage and an internationally certified massage therapist. She was educated in the UK and owned a very successful business massaging clients throughout London and Essex.

Jo moved to America in 2006 to Virginia, where she enhanced her skills by obtaining her equine and canine certification. She then went on to become a certified instructor through Equissage.

Jo moved to New Smyrna Beach in 2015 where she continues to massage animals and people. She still enjoys Swedish massage but now specializes in Craniosacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Reiki.

Jo’s goals are to promote relaxation, stress and pain relief through bodywork personalized for each client to enrich their wellbeing.

Lisa is our office manager and licensed massage therapist who is driven by her passion for helping others heal holistically.  She graduated from Daytona State College with honors.  She has experience in Swedish, myofascial release, Trigger Point, deep tissue and hot stones massage.  Lisa can incorporate diverse types of massage therapy depending on the client’s needs.  Lisa’s goals are to enhance the client’s well-being, which promotes relaxation, stress reduction and pain relief.
